Very sturdy material and easily supports my 220 lb weight. Very easy to install. I actually didn't need the bolts that came with the steps as the original hinge bolts fit. Prior to removing the hinge bolts I put shims under the door as a safety measure to make sure the door didn't shift. After installing the steps I noticed that the door sounds more sturdy when the door is slammed shut (I don't think it is my imagination but who knows). Besides, they look good on my JK.

I really like the look and the easy and straight forward installation. Aesthetically it looks great but it's also fuctional providing a step to reach the top of your jeep. One thing I've found is that the knob to hold the step upright is difficult to twist on and off as the holes do not line up perfectly after putting body weight. Overall I'd give it 4 star.

Do not buy. I was beyond excited about these. Got them for my wife for Christmas.... finally got weather to install them. They are junk and the return window has passed apparently. They have been on one week and are already rusting. The steps don’t lay flat and the build quality is horrible. If you look close at the inner step it is not sized right and they tightened the screws down from the factory and they are bent outward to meet the frame. I am beyond sad with this purchase. I reached out the the seller and they had no solutions.
