Ok, these 1-star reviews given just for the taste are bs. You didn't buy this to top your cupcakes with, Francis, so chill. All I wanted to know is: Does it work? After using this for over a week now, my answer is a resounding yes!I have had lifelong major sleep issues, so please trust I've tried MANY things. To be fair, I don't take these drops alone, but in combination w/ my otc diphenhydramine (100mg Benedryl, basically), melatonin, and passionflower supplements. Adding 2 droppers full of this stuff right after taking my pills has *noticeably* increased my ability to fall sleep and stay asleep. These can make you slightly groggy when you wake up, so if that is an issue for you, please keep that in mind. I've noticed the grogginess does not last long, though.I have some tips on taking this, because when you add the dropper-full to a glass of water (per the instructions), choking this down tastes like a cross between Campari and Frankenstein's butt.PRO-TIP: Just get the punishment over with, and put the full dropper directly in your mouth, and chase it with some water. This way it tastes way less like a half-empty bottle of Jaegermeister you found by the railroad tracks, and the water removes any lingering flavor -- it's really not bad at all.ALSO! If you really wanna knock yourself out, take 2 droppers full. Enjoy your sleep!

I absolutely LOVE this!
When I can't get my brain to shut down, 33 drops of this in a little water and 30 minutes later....I am out. Good sleep too and no drug hangover because it's all 100% natural

not sure it works. A friend of mine gave me his bottle to tried and I thought I slept pretty good when I was taking the herb, But the ones that ordered through Amazon doesn't seem to be working for me. I've been taking it for the past few days but I still have a hard time falling asleep or staying asleep. So I don't really know -__-

Sort of nice for going to sleep, but isn't lasting. three or four hours later I was awake again, multiple nights.
