Creme de la Creme
I had plantar fasciitis for over a year and tried a zillion different things to try to stop the pain and allow me to walk normally again. I had laser and ultrasound therapy, used numerous arch supports. and used any number of analgesic cremes and sprays to deal with the situation. I even had physical therapy which helped to some degree but the ultimate relief came when I got these wraps. Apparently the problem was not only the fasciitis but loss of the fat pad in my heel. After I got a pair of these wraps, I could walk for extended periods of time with NO pain. I can hardly believe that these inexpensive wraps solved the problem but I have to acknowledge that I can now walk all day long and have no pain. I even bought a second pair just to have a backup set. I would recommend these to anyone who has had similar problems to mine with their feet. These therapeutic wraps are the best devices I have found to not only cope with the symptoms of foot pain but to rather to eradicate the problem in totality.

I wear a size 8 womens and found the warp to be helpful. I like that it keeps the area warm which helps keep the ligament loose. That results in less pain when standing and walking. I wear it at night with no discomfort. It's streamlined design fits well into shoes. You will still need supportive shoes but overall I found this product to be quite helpful in addition to other remedies I use to cure plantar faciitis in my foot. It's priced well for 2 wraps.

protection
I expected the gel padding to cover all of the back heel area, not just a small part. I rubbed my heels raw 6 months ago while hiking. Ever since then my heels hurt really bad when I sleep. These keep my heels from hurting so I can sleep. They are thin enough that I can wear them in my shoes when hiking or breaking in new shoes & still protect my heels.

A little tight wear it wraps around the top of the foot. I ordered a medium and I'm a size 10 shoe. But I also have wide feet and fat feet so I may order in a size L/XL and see how that feels. But for the time being they are comfortable

Heal and arch support
These heal and arch supports aren't very strong in the way they provide the support to your foot. They are okay at best. I ended up not using them because they just don't give you the support your foot needs. I was disappointed as I hoped they would give my heal more help.

I got these after my foot had started to heal. They did help but the seam on the bottom side caused discomfort. Not sure this is the best product and they make the shoes you wear much tighter. recommended by a friend who had good luck with them. I've had better luck changing to a pair of shoes with better arch support and loosing a few pounds.

Very optimistic..
I have only had these for a few days but in the span of those days, I do feel that they have helped. After being on my feet for hours, I did not have the usual ache that I normally do. Very optimistic that they will be helpful over time.

I was a little surprised to see the extra padding at the back of the foot instead of the heel. However, I have been wearing this for a few days and the compression this provides has already helped with reducing pain.
