Great selection of balms for different needs which makes a perfect self care kit for the specific need at the time. They all smell great and help with meditation, calming and improving mental wellbeing. Great for anxiety or sleep problems and more. The sleep balm is large and the rest are very tiny but last a long time as you dont use up much each time with it being a hard balm. Some aromatherapy products i have used smell bad after a while but these stay fresh and fragrant. It comes in a cute handy bag to grab when you need it with a little space left to add in another trinket or CBD oil. I would definitely buy this again and would recommend as a gift for someone who is stressed and you want to encourage them to practice self care.

Absolutely lovely balm set with lasting scents. I bought this for aromatherapy which can be difficult for me due to scents kicking off migraines sometimes. This pack has great sized balms that easily slip into a pocket for easy retouch but the scent is mild yet effective and lasts for hours.The tin is slim and fits in a handbag or as a take along.Bought thinking I'd try and see which scents I preferred just in case but honestly all are really nice, relaxing and uplifting even on a stressful day.I'm buying sets for my mom and daughter for their stocking at Christmas too.

These balms come in a smart little tin inside a cardboard box which looks nice to give as a gift. They were well received by my daughter in law!

Love the scents. Great for vinyasa. But far too small used my favourite up far too quickly. Too expensive for size of the products. I will purchase my favourite ones separately from now on. Cute little gift for a yogi friend/family member
