The best product product I have found for cleaning between teeth
I would not use anything else. They are very durable and easy to hold. There is a range of different sizes. the ones that I use are fine enough to fit perfectly between my teeth, something other brushes do not do.

Much much better than better known brands!!
fantastic product. am paranoid about my gum problems (after ignoring them for decades), so after trying just about every interdental flossing product (incl. mixed variety sizes pack of picksters without registering how good they were), was coming to the conclusion that tepe were best despite ridiculously higher cost (lasted a bit longer, have plastic coating on the wire, have a fair bit of nylon bristles on them and seem better made than all other brands). but luckily, i got tempted by the lower cost of the 40-pack of the picksters (size 6 - green, so not sure about other sizes) - and have found them to be equally good and possibly better - they last (much!) longer than tepe, each one comes with a cap/extender which makes it easier to store/travel with more hygienically and are easier to manipulate for back teeth and are similarly well made as tepe. key advantage of tepe+picksters for me is that the metal wire is supposed to be coated by plastic (personally, i cant quite tell by looking at them - and am hoping/presuming they cant/wouldnt lie about it, can they?!), which some of the much cheaper ones aren't (esp. dentek - where i used their super thin ones coz they are much much cheaper - but they actually damaged my teeth enamel because the bristles are too sparse or not very elastic after 1-2 uses, so the metal wire rubbed on my teeth and i can feel the nerves/pain where i had eroded the enamel away - when the hygienist was doing the deep cleaning). so be careful not to let that happen to you - though i am sure you will all be much wiser than me to only use plastic coated ones or throw out when bristles are lifeless/not covering the metal wire well:) not giving 5* because picksters could also add more bristles to make these bushier to better protect teeth enamel, and coz their sizing/colours seem a bit confusing to me (i thought tepe had set the industry standards for these - but picksters, dentek, etc seem to be doing their own thing - plus there is confusion about whether the quoted sizes are for the metal wire, or for the bristle width, etc).....

Helps grown-ups keep the tooth fairy at bay!
I've started using Piksters as part of my daily oral hygiene routine at the recommendation of my dentist. They're little brushes, about 6cm long. The handle is made of plastic, and then the head has a metal shaft with bristles twisted into it, much like a miniature bottle brush. They're used to clean in between your teeth, so it's important that you get the right size for your mouth. They come in eight different sizes: 0 (Grey) being the smallest in terms of brush diameter and 7 (Black) the largest. Piksters do a similar job to dental floss or tape, but using a brush allows a greater degree of control over cleaning. I have also used them to apply small amounts of chlorhexidine gels, such as Corsodyl or Curasept, to the gums (following my dentist's instructions).I've been using Piksters for just over six months at the time of writing this review, and have recently moved to using the blue ones. I find that they do their job well. They're relatively durable for such a small item, and so you can reuse them a few times before you need a new one. My only complaint is that the metal shaft sometimes sets my teeth on edge a little, but I can see that a plastic brush couldn't be so easily positioned to reach in between molars. If you're trying Piksters for the first time, then it's probably wise just to buy a pack of 10 in case they don't suit your needs, or you need to try a different size. If, like me, you'll be using them for life, then the packs of 40 are much more cost effective! This review refers to Piksters Size 5 (Blue) 40 pack.
