Sho Sno Whitening Shampoo, 1 Gallon

I tried a wide range of shampoos that claim to whiten, including some stuff for horses! But when I found Sho Sno, I stopped looking. It got my dog's white parts incredibly white and bright, and added lots of shine to the rest. You need to lather them up and leave it on without rinsing for a few minutes (read the instructions) but that's not so hard to do. The end result is worth it, and my finished breed champion is living proof. People often come up to me and ask what I use to get my dog so white -- it's true! Now I use it on all my dogs, including my therapy dogs. I get lots of comments about having the cleanest dogs people have ever seen. Definitely a good buy.

Dilutes nicely, smells nice, and doesn't stain the coat while whitening it. It is purple, but I prefer blue whitening shampoo so I will likely buy another product for my dogs next time. That's just my preference though

Works brilliantly- I mostly use this to wash my horse, a palomino with a light coat and white socks, mane and tail. I dilute it 1/2 and use about a cup each bath, and he comes out clean and shining brightly, no stains or dullness. Bit blinding in a sun, but very pretty. The scent is very subtle, thankfully, so it doesn't irritate his nose or linger too strongly afterwards. A win for both of us.Also recently obtained a rough collie, and washed her with a little of this shampoo. Her white became whiter, her reds took on pretty golden highlights, and she got a lot of compliments on what a lovely dog she is.

Right after receiving it my dog found something to roll in giving me the opportunity to try it out. I took her for a walk to let her dry, and had a neighbor say, "I have never seen such a white dog!" This stuff is great! I'm not sure, but I think that when I walk Helga she may be visible from space.

I have been using this shampoo for over 40 years. It still performs better than any other Whitening shampoo on all coat colors. I have tried others and always returned to Sho Sno Whitening Shampoo for the best results.

Does a pretty good job of whitening the coat. I could see a noticeable difference. It will not remove the brown stains under the eyes and around the mouth, but it does lighten them a bit. It may remove them with more frequent use.Several people have commented on the smell which is pretty awful, however, we add lavender to the shampoo which doesn't affect how well it works.
