2 Tommy Bahama Backpack Cooler Chair with Storage Pouch and Towel Bar (Green/Blue Mix and Green/Blue Mix)

I rely on reviews to guide my purchase and I'd say those which I read steered me right. Overall...VG beach chairs and we are happy we bought them during our recent lengthy stay in FL. They have very nice features unlike 'cheaper' chairs...are well-made. My biggest 'issue' with the chair as someone else has posted accurately, is the frame tube at the front part of the seat portion of the chair does catch you mid-hamstring, if you know what I mean and it can get a little uncomfortable after a time. I use my beach towel to pad it.

This product is absolutely not rust proof. We have had these chairs for only a couple of years, used them only once last summer and have kept them in our shed and they are basically pieces of junk already. The zippers on the back pouches won’t budge so those pouches can’t even be used, the chair is rusting almost everywhere (even though the description says rustproof) and the arm rests are extremely difficult to lift up and push back when reclining the chair. Once you do get the chair reclined, have fun trying to get the arm Rests back in Place or get the recline to be even on both sides. As much as these chairs cost, they should last a life time!

Generally well made. This is the second pair of these I've purchased. One of the first chairs I bought, the zipper broke the first time I used it. Zippers seem to work fine on these though. I like the built-in coolers. Handy to bring some cool drinks to the beach. One caveat, There is a bar across the front of the seat that can be uncomfortable on your legs. I would imagine this would be more true for heavier people than others.

I was looking for something better than what you find in regular stores and was hoping this would be it. I was so excited to get these because the chairs looked pretty nice in the pictures and the price point and name brand made me think they would be high quality. Not to mention the carrying straps, cup holder and being able to fold them all the way back so you can lay down were selling points for me.Unfortunatelywithin 2 weeks of using, a carrying strap broke.The chairs are very uncomfortable, and the stiff fabric makes noise when you shift your body.The cup holders are flimsy and pretty useless.One of these chairs is impossible to close, so it became my boyfriend's chair because he is the only one strong enough to close it.The neck pillow is in a weird place (the top of the back of my head hits it awkwardly, I'm not that short, 5'6).

We have used these chairs before at our vacation rental but wanted to finally own them for ourselves. We can't say enough good things about them! They are comfortable, easy to transport to and from the beach, and have several nice features - cup holders, a large cooler zipped pocket, headrest, and a zipped pouch for valuables that you don't want getting sandy. The best part? They are completely adjustable so whether you're sitting up and enjoying a meal on the beach or want to lounge back to work on your tan, these fit the bill. Highly recommend!

I bought these chairs for my husband and myself last year and we love them. They’re relatively lightweight and the backpack feature makes them easy to carry while handling other beach gear. They’re not terribly comfortable to wear as a backpack, but it’s a very convenient feature. The cooler pouch on the back fits a couple of beverages. There’s also a storage pouch that can fit some items (sunscreen, keys, wallet, sunglasses...) With the storage, you can hit the beach with just this chair and a towel, no problem. They have different recline settings. Heads up- if you’ve never used a tommy Bahama chair before, they’re a bit confusing to close. You lean it forward on the front bar and push the back bottom bar forward.Love these chairs.

I purchased these chairs to take on vacation and I loved them. The quality is great and the colors are nice and bright. Very classy looking. I liked all of the features of the chair including the pouch on the back and the pillow. Folds up nicely and easy to carry.

These chairs are the best! They look just like the picture, and are well worth the investment for beach lovers!
