Seems to be super value for the money and nearly identical to OEM part...
I wasn't sure if my 2000 Honda Odyssey EX was having a starter motor issue after eliminating other causes--took the old motor off and tested it in the garage, and it appeared to be functioning fine. But on the chance it had some bad spots in the motor (with 175k miles and 24 years on it!), I bought this part--it was so inexpensive I figured why not. Well it arrived to my door in less than 24 hours, and went on the car in about 10 minutes, and CAR WORKS! :) I said "nearly identical" because note the slightly different placement of the terminals--the big, bare nut is where the battery cable goes, of course, and the small spade terminal is a little farther away than it was on the original part, so I had to pull and bend the wire a bit to get it to the new location, but that was trivial. Couldn't rate longevity, check back in a year. :)

Perfect fit on a 2003 Honda Odyssey
This starter is mechanically identical to the OEM starter that it replaced. The only difference is the location of the main power post. On the OEM starter, the post is toward the front of the vehicle and away from the transmission dipstick. This starter has the power post on the opposite side, very near to the transmission dipstick. Be sure to bolt the power cable onto the starter, before installing the starter. Otherwise, installing the power wire bolt will be very difficult.Performance: vehicle starts very quickly. Great replacement, great price. 2 17mm bolts hold the starter on and they are very tight. Be sure to have a good quality breaker bar. I used a 1/2” breaker bar with a 1/2” extension and a 17mm socket to fit.

works like it should
Works like it should and way cheaper than auto-zone part.however i found that the new starter had a bolt that was shorter than the original -- so i took the longer bolt from the original and put it on the new one. no biggie.its working! yay!

Works for a 05 Odyssey, Minor Differences
I've had this starter in my 2005 Odyssey for about a week now and it is working fine. It seems powerful and starts the vehicle quickly. The sound difference that some people mention can best be described that it has a little higher pitch than the original starter, but that is fine. There is a minor difference in the layout of the solenoid on this starter, the connections are in different positions than the original. This presents a minor inconvenience when installing the starter, but it can be overcome. The connector for the positive lead from the battery on this starter sits extremely close to the transmission dip stick, this prevents you from attaching the lead if you have the starter already bolted in place. I found that if you attach that lead before bolting down the starter all the way it is easier to install. You can also loosen the bracket for the dipstick and use some leverage to slightly bend the dipstick away from the starter solenoid. The added clearance this will give you makes installation easier and allows me to worry less about potential shorts due to vibration and degrading rubber connector covers. This starter is priced well and if proves durable and lasts a while, then it is definitely worth getting even with the minor installation inconvenience.

It works. Looks good.
Acura TL 2004Fast and easy replacement. A minor issue is connectors location bit different to original one. The decision was just to unclip the wires from its mount place.

Starter started to fail after 8 months
Replaced starter in my 2004 Acura TL. Starter worked fine, however after 8 months it is failing 1/2 the time.
