WeatherTech CupFone with Holder, Cell Phone Holder for Car, Phone Mount - Black Plastic Knobs

I received this as a gift at Christmas. We tried to adjust its size to fit our car and boat but could not get it to adjust. We tried several times but were unsuccessful so we contacted Amazon about a return. We were informed that we had to go through Weather Tech and we did so. They emailed the return information but when I went to return it on Jan.7, 20211, found that I had to pay $10.90 for the return. We kept checking on this for 3 weeks but received no confirmation. Therefore we again contacted Weather Tech with the tracking info which indicated that they received the item on Jan, 14TH. Finally on February 3RD we received notice that they had submitted a refund to Amazon but we are still out the $10.90 to return an item that did not work. This is a high-priced item and there should be better customer service and a complete refund including return postage.

I ordered this product and it is very good quality. Unfortunately it did not fit very well in my car and so I decided to return it. I could have ordered this product from their website but decided to order from Amazon since Amazon has an excellent product return process. Unfortunately for this product Amazon refers return to the supplier. I have to pay $12.75 postage and I don't know if I will get a refund. So be prepared to keep the product or pay postage if you decide to return it for any reason. This is my first time to experience this return process and was not explained in the listing. If you don't want to pay the return cost, better be careful as some of their products are heavy and costly to return.

Didn’t work for me too small to allow for phone case

None of the adapters provides a secure stable fit for the standard equipment console cuphoĺder in my Chevrolet Colorado. It rattles around like crazy. Cannot keep the phone in view. At least it keeps phone from falling on the floor.

I thought that it would be a good fit in the Lexus RX350 it was purchased for but it moves around a bit. Good quality materials and the person I gifted this to loves it.

Rec'd one for Christmas & I purchased one for a Dec birthday present. Not impressed with the way it fits in my car (nissan altima), the commercials states it will fit all vehicles, not exactly, not a good fit in all vehicles. Found it to be way overpriced, for what u actually get. The floor mats I rec'd are great & worth the price, not so much on the phone holder! Returned the phone holder today that I purchased & it cost me $10.90!

I have hat others that were difficult to install but Weather Tech was very easy to install. It was also very easy to use plus the iPhone fit very secure. If you are thinking about buying it just go for it.

Very pricey but excellent quality.
