Not sure why these have so many bad reviews. I am almost crippled from Sesamoiditis. These in my ballet flats are enough to relieve the pain. Provide support and fit in the shoes. Thin and comfortable. I really do enjoy these and what my podiatrist told me I need it’s enough to keep my foot in the position it needs to be in so I am able to walk. Highly recommend

Love the quality and arch support these offer for my feet. I have high arches and these help protect my arches while walking in work boots all day long. They fit easily into any shoe or boot and keep my feet from hurting after a long day. Truly worth the investment for your own health and well-being.

These made a huge difference in the comfort and fit of my shoes. I have a very high arch and it's difficult to find shoe that I am able to wear all day. These inserts totally fixed my problem.

Perfect for putting on top of existing insole. Good arch support but I wish they were a little more flexible to let my arch work more. Still, they work as intended. The only thing I don't like is the sticky spot under the heel - I get its purpose but I don't like it.

Far and away, the most effective insoles I've ever used are proprietary designs sold by GoodFeet, for 2 reasons: a) They are HARD and provide honest support where it's needed, and b) They have a substantial Metatarsal "dome" towards the front. I believe the best insoles don't baby your feet by conforming to them; rather, the best insoles FULLY SUPPORT (i.e. FORCE) your arch and metatarsal area into what should be a natural configuration. They are able to do this because they are HARD (they do flex with your shoe) and remain so. When I first used the GoodFeet insoles, they actually hurt for a day or two, but I sensed immediately that they were putting pressure exactly where it is needed. After the first day or two my feet felt perfectly fine and my pain problems disappeared. The problem with GoodFeet insoles is that they cost $300/pair. I've tried half a dozen major brands like these and Superfeet, and they all do basically the same thing: They provide only a MEASURE of support ("Semi-Rigid"), so they crush as your full body weight is transferred to each foot, with every step. So the need for support is never fully met, and the foot problems are never fully addressed. I'm still searching for an affordable, hard insole.

i have plantar fasciitis so bad in my left foot that i have a visible heel spur.also have started to notice it in my right foot.i have sciatica and other back problems as well so when i have foot pain my whole body hurts more.after careful review of many insoles/inserts and past use of just adequate ones i stumbled on these pedags.my first day using them was an 8 hr shift at work.i had absolutely no pain at all,even standing up from long periods at my desk.2nd day i was very active at work and only a small amount of pain towards the end of day.i'm now at the end of my 4th day and almost no pain in the left and all symptoms have disappeared in my right.they have small adhesive dots on bottom that dont seem very sticky,but i didnt use since i want to put these in different shoes often.even so,they dont slip around in my shoes at all but they are a little more narrow than my shoes.might buy one size up and see if they fit more snug inside shoes.my coworkers also have same foot distress,i recommended these to them.i no longer wince in pain with each step. i feel 20yrs younger.highly recommend

Ich hatte früher immer mal wieder Probleme mit Fersensporn und seitdem ich diese Einlagen nutze, habe ich Toi toi toi keine Probleme mehr, deshalb kaufe ich die Einlagen regelmäßig und immer wieder. Einfach nur toll die Einlagen. Nachtrag: ich bin immernoch schmerzlos.

El producto es lo que se ofrece, es una plantilla rígida que te permite tener el arco del pie adecuadamente. A comparación de plantillas de gel u otro material esta se ha mantenido en su forma original, lo cual ayuda bastante si eres una persona activa, la uso diariamente para mis zapatos formales en la mañana y por la noche en los tennis para ir al gimnasio, solo la del pie izquierdo.

Wir benutzen schon seit ganz langer Zeit diese Schuheinlagen. Sie halten lange und funktionieren prima. Für die Füsse sind die EInlagen echt eine Erleichterung. Von mir gibts eine ganz klare Empfehlung!
