Very small pieces
Apples to try as I love Lotus root black and I will get it in a Chinese when I go to London.so I thought I’d have a go at making it myself. its fine except for they are extremely small pieces which is a bit disappointing .I’m hoping the other cans when I open them up will be slightly larger

They are okay but very small 3cm to 1.5cm each.

Amazing replacement for meat
Each can is enough for 2 people and you may want to wash for a couple of minutes to remove the pickle taste. Besides that it is an amazing replacement for meat, if you had seasoning to it.

I had never heard of jackfruit until it came up on a crossword puzzle so I decided to try it and found it quite interesting and versatile. Can be used in sweet or savoury dishes has a pleasant flavour and a good filler without being expensive or fattening.

The media could not be loaded. Cooks&Co Banana Blossom This is one tin of the 6 pack I purchased. I was quite excited to incorporate this ingredient. I have tried finding ways to contact them with my concerns reference quality and it’s inedible condition. But to NO avail.
