Good price.

This item so far has worked well and if the chain ever brakes on this one, I have a second one on hand as a replacement already. I will have to wait and see how this one lasts to be able to give it a better review cause it has only been about one month. The one that came with the ceiling fan originally, broke after a few months which is not good at all. They normally last many years as I am sure you all know.
