It is a lovely case, fitted my new Note20 Plus perfectly, it worked with the fingerprint sensor...for a month, then my fingerprint was no longer recognised. I tried to clean the phone, the cover, re-register my prints, nothing worked. So I bought a new cover from somewhere else, and it works again. Not sure why this stopped, I am upset, as this case was beautiful, better than the replacement.Also, as somebody else mentioned, the front panel is just a thin plastic, not tempered glass.

Seems like a good sturdy product that fits my phone well with the buttons/ cut outs at the correct places. There are a couple flaws though. Firstly the fingerprint reader is not recognised which is frustrating as I was very careful removing the tape. There is also now an obvious circle where the reader is on my screen at all time which is a bit annoying!

This case has only been on my phone the last half hour and I can honestly say its one of the best cases I have ever had for one of my mobiles. The only thing I can find fault for is theres a raised edge on the camera so it doesn't come into contact when you put the phone down on a surface but there's no tempered glass on the actual camera so when it's in your pocket for example there's nothing stopping it from getting scratched BUT you can buy tempered glass for the camera so not a big problem. 10 out of 10 from me 👍

I love the case in general, I bought the pink rose design for the Samsung Note 9 ... it's sturdy & fits the phone perfectly. What I'm not impressed with is the screen saver, it had a scratch on it within hours of using it. Now weeks have gone by & with putting in pockets & handbags it's quite scratched, nothing major but it's very annoying, the reason I bought it, was for the integrated screen protection. I know the screen on my phone is still perfect & is well protected but still I'm miffed at the damage sustained, on the case, so far!!!!

I suggest you reset your fingerprint again after a week or so. It was hit and miss at first after the first reset on putting on the cover but when I done it again after about 2 weeks I have had no problem.

If you want a decent protective case, then this is it. Yes it makes the phone bigger,! But If you want an all over cover you'd expect it to be. As long as you dont press to hard on the front screen cover with the stylus it wont indent the cover.I also bought Ciscle Phone Grip Elastic Finger Grip to stick on the back of the case, ( shown it picture) all in all it's one of the better cases I've had and good value for money.
