Q: Are these stitched at the top center? My biggest complaint with most g-strings is they roll and it's a pain to unroll the top elastic. Thanks!

I do not have any issues with unrolling. I recommend that you go up a size if you are having issues with unrolling. I would think that would mean to they are to small to your hips. Either way I went up a size. I love these underwear and they are comfortable. They are not tight on the hips.

These are very comfortable and very stretchy!

Q: What size is medium in number size?

I don't know but I wear a size 10/12 pants. They sent me two grey and no burgundy so you may not get the colors shown in the picture but they are nice.
