Orange lights.
These are perfect fo Halloween. I bought a string a few years ago that I use on my mantel. This purchase, 2 strings, is for the front porch, just enough light to show off the hanging lanterns, ghosts, skeleton, spiders etc. Gives the area a festive feeling and provides extra light for the children. I plan on buying strings of white lights for Christmas to add extra lights to the porch decorations. I am really happy with the lights. They are pretty lights. I can also see using them in the summer to add extra lighting to our backyard patio.

Some limitations
The LED's are definitely orange! However, there is one major negative with these strings--the LED's are not socketed, they're permanently wired in and so can't be replaced if one or more fail. As it turned out, one LED failed after the first hour of illumination (indicating a possible QC issue). Didn't return the item due to time and effort required, so I don't know how responsive the seller is (instead spliced in a replacement for the failed LED).

I have 2 Christmas trees that I put up most years. One of my Trees is a Florida Gator Tree (Obviously I'm a Florida Gator fan). I have this set of lights and a blue set that I use to light my "Gator" tree, along with all my Gator ornaments. Everyone loves my Gator Tree :)

Long lasting indoor and out
Pricey but long lasting. Use for Halloween lights outdoors and year around in the U of I Illini themed Orange and Blue room.

Like the lights!
These lights are great ! I wanted lights that could be Halloween but also Thanksgiving. . . these fit the bill. And since they are LED, they are energy efficient. They look so pretty wrapped around my porch.

Beautiful lights !!!
Hubby and I strung them on our porch for the upcoming Halloween and Thanksgiving holidays. They cast a beautiful orange glow. Just perfect !!! Highly recommended.

I love LED lights!
My old sets of lights had a warning saying not to string together more than three sets.These lights have a warning not to string together more than 87 sets. That's right, 87. In other words, these things use about 1/30 as much power.And I don't have to worry about bulbs burning out.
