Almost perfect
When I got this gnome, it was a gift for my mother. Between the time I ordered it, it arrived, and I gave the box unopened to her, the glass globe had cracked off of the gnome. This may have been anyone's fault, from faulty placement, to Amazon delivery being rough, to me accidentally handling it too roughly. Regardless, it was otherwise perfect. I used some clear craft glue to place the globe back on and it fit back into place just fine. The statue itself is super cute and the globe is gorgeous. The packaging is a box and then Styrofoam with a cutout for the statue. It was a bit messy to take out of the box, I think the globe cracking is from lack of support inside the Styrofoam but otherwise the packaging was fine (the globe did not crack other than falling off the base).Perfect gift for the gnome or garden light fanatic in your life though. Again, super cute and a reasonable size. Not too heavy, and it seems sturdy and doesn't fall over from the weight of the globe, even with the added glue.

Cute little gnome
Good quality, solar light works great. Size is what I expected, it looks good with the other gnomes in my garden.

Don’t know how it works yet because it’s a bday gift for hubby. But, it’s cute. I’ll update when he sets it up

Cute little guy!
I had a busted old bird bath I wanted to have a bit of fun with so I purchased this guy and a few other solar globes to hopefully give the impression he's sort of harvesting these magic fairy bubbles? I dunno, but I paired it with some california natives (dudleya and lippia) and he makes me smile. I was concerned about the solar panel being oriented toward the northeast, and therefor not getting the most direct exposure, but it has not been an issue at all and he lights up just fine. Solar lights seem to have come a long way in the past few years. My only criticism is I wish he was slightly more bottom heavy, but really I have him on a weird mound of soil so any instability was mostly my fault and I compensated by shoring him up with some larger rocks from my top dressing.
