Grafix KCI811-6 Ink Jet Film, 8-1/2-Inch by 11-Inch, 6-Pack, Clear

Great for decal creation - ink jet printers make fantastic decals that apply well to any surface. You will need to overspray the decal sheet post printing with a clear paint, two coats recommended or the ink will run. But once the clear coat is dry all you have to do is trim and apply. Decal setting solution works well with the decal film as well.

I bought this product to make special reveal cards using Lori Whitlock's "Magic Slider Card" svg file. I printed the design on the Graffix Clear Ink Jet Film and it worked perfectly! I am always satisfied with Graffix products.

I ordered two products from the same manufacturer - Computer Grafix. One was shipped by Amazon (the clear non-adhesive) and the other was shipped by a different seller. Amazon put the item in a small, narrow mailer bag and FOLDED the item. I have seen complaints about this in other reviews and I can tell you that if it is "fulfilled by Amazon" that's where the problem lies.The item itself is excellent - prints as promised with an ink jet and is perfect for my needs. I will buy this product again, but will definitely look first to see WHICH COMPANY is shipping it because it makes a big difference. Not sure if you can see it in the photos, but there is now a PERMANENT crease in the plastic right in the middle of the sheet, rendering a bulk of this product unusable for my project. What a shame.

Better than expected. I am using these for screen printing transfers. holds ink great when you print on the correct side...( the first page i printed i had the film turned the wrong way the ink never dried and ran all over lol, my fault for not reading instructions)using HP Photosmart C4740 which has a setting to print on transparency, however when i used this setting the image was not completely opaque and still let some light through. May have been ok but didn't want to take a chance so i used the glossy photo setting. some people have said on here that using photo setting would lay down too much ink and would run but it worked for me. Just be sure to keep the film on a flat level surface while the ink dries.

I printed art on these transparencies, cut out circles, and then inserted them in plastic fillable ornament balls. Used it as a project with kids and it worked well to make really pretty tree ornaments. Had no trouble with printing on them and getting the ink to dry. Main issue to watch for is getting fingerprints on the transparencies as you handle them and cut out the shapes. Had the kids wear vinyl gloves and that was a big help. These transparencies were a good price, and I liked that you could buy just a small quantity. All the local office supply stores carried boxes with large quantities, way more than I needed.

This worked amazingly for what I needed it for! I was making spooky crystal balls for halloween and this did the trick. It is perfectly transparent. They worked amazing in my laser jet printer. It comes out ready to go, you don't have to wait for ink to dry or anything. You just have to make sure that you are printing on the "rough" side. I even scratched at the images I printed and it didn't come of!The best thing about this is the price. I went to all of my local office supply stores and you can only buy these in boxes of 50 or larger. For a box of 50 the lowest price I found was just over 48 bucks! Im not a teacher so I would never have the need for more than a handful of these. I order two just in case and for the 10 crystal balls I made (and one mess up) i only used one and a half pages! so I will have plenty for years to come for crafting!!

I wanted to customize some diecast miniatures and was looking for a clear medium that I could print graphics on (a label maker could only add characters).Most 'clear' adhesive papers reviewed complained about being foggy or hazy when affixed to colored surfaces.I used jpg's with Open Office to adjust the size and make multiple graphics, which also had a 'Transparency' setting on paper type for my Kodak All-in-One printer. I had one problem in that my printer fed the transparent sheet but came back with an 'Edge Not Detected' error after feeding it thru w/o printing on it. I had to tape a 3/4" of reg white paper along with the leading edge of the transparency (apparently optically detected, not the actual physical edge, as a black magic marker along the edge did not work) and then worked fine.Allowed 1 hr to fully dry. To affix, I masked around the area of the decal position to be placed and sprayed with a Gloss Clear spray to give a sticky base for the 'decal.' Positioned, let dry, and lightly clear coated over to seal.Worked great for a truly 'clear' decal.

I needed to have a poem printed on a board with a special font and size and this product worked perfectly. I printed and collaged it and it’s looks amazing.I am sure one could find many uses for this product both art and business.

Works well I used it to print characters and photos for use on a Lightbox with my Canon Pixma iP7250.I was unable to find a suitable the product in the UK. Photos printed very evenly.
