If I could give this 1000 stars I would. I bought it because it said it removed all allergens from eye area and it does, no more red irritated eyes (instant relief after I use this morning and night). I didn’t expect the skin benefit, I have always had rosacea and nothing has ever no matter how much money I have spent (I have bought some really pricey treatments) made it go away completely but this did in two days and now there is no redness and not a flare up even after wearing full make up out in the sun. If you break out or have rosacea give this try. I only wish it came in a bigger bottle but luckily it takes very little each use.

This Oust Demodex eyelid cleaner was recommended to me by my ophthalmologist. It works very well, and has reduced the itchy feeling on my eyelids. It's a great product!

My ophthalmologist recommended this product for the demodex condition on my eyelids. With regular use twice a day for 8 weeks, it cleared it up. I have continued using it once a day as a maintenance program to prevent its recurrence.The active ingredient in this product that targets demodex is tea tree oil, but if it gets in the eye it can sting pretty badly. So you need to rinse the eyelids very well with warm water when washing it off.

I've had crusty eyelids/ itchy eyes for a few years now. I use Pataday (0.7%) drops every day and use the regular OcuSoft wipes for my lids. The Pataday works fine, but for me, the Ocusoft pads are next to useless.Read all about those Demodex mites recently, so I thought to try this product. I was afraid because I used Tea Tree shampoo once and by eyes burned for hours.No such trouble with this foam spray. I use it as directed and really believe it helps. Surprising to me how this is so effective, and the regular OcuSoft pads aren't for me. I'm definitely not complaining.

got demodex mite overgrowth from petting a stray cat with mange and not cleansing my hands/clothes properly afterwards. made my eyes extremely dry, especially at night/in the morning. finished the whole bottle of ocusoft foam cleanser. after some trial and error, found out that the johnson's baby shampoo i was using before this was more effective at mitigating demodex mite side effects than this foam cleanser. using both at the same time is the most effective, but baby shampoo alone was more effective than the ocusoft foam cleanser alone. i'll probably try a second bottle, and continue with the baby shampoo to see if eventually the demodex mite overgrowth is reduced, but i won't use the ocusoft foam cleanser forever, whereas the baby shampoo is an all-around great and gentle eye cleanser for daily use whether you have demodex mite overgrowth or not.

I was diagnosed with dry eye several years ago. Even with prescription treatment, the symptoms never fully resolved. I'm a doctor so I'm fairly well versed in eye conditions and figured what the heck. May as well try this stuff since the symptoms aligned. It's an easy to use foam. It has a light medicinal scent that I didn't find bothersome. After the first use I woke up with debris and goo around my eye so I thought hey, maybe some critters died. The next night it was less gunk, and the third night, nothing. I've been using it once or twice a day (depending on when I remember) and there is definitely improvement in the itching and the overall "weird" feeling when my eyes are dry. I do think I truly have dry eyes, but perhaps I did have a little critter infestation as well (gross, I know) and this helped with that part.
