Bought this to help me post hysterectomy. I am naturally a front sleeper - something i obviously cannot do post abdominal surgery. I bought this to help stop me from rolling onto my front. I have to say it is simple & perfect! It is just a big U shape, i have the U shape at the top (under my head) positioned in between 2 soft feather pillows (so i don't actually feel any ridge or lump). I am then able to sleep slightly upright (which is what they advise). The two sections just lie perfectly down the sides of my body and i have actually been able to bend the end pieces in so they go just under my knees and wow does that make it super comfy - i felt cocooned post surgery - like i was in a little sleeping pod. It really helped me get good quality sleep whilst recovering post surgery - which is vital! This product is so comfortable - it gets the job done 100% and it is also a great price (compared to some of the other ones on amazon). Trust me look no further this product is perfect. I dont normally take the time to write reviews but in this case i was so pleased with this i did!

I was stunned to wake up this morning without any sciatic pain for the first time in months. I slept soundly and felt supported with this strange pillow. I am not sure how I can take it on holiday without my friends asking questions but honestly I don’t care if it brings this much comfort it is worth a few raised eyebrows!

This is more than just a pillow, so comfy for my wife that she forgot to cuddle me and the quality.

This is a mixed review as I got this and within 24hrs it had ripped at the seam. I'm not pregnant but have fibromyalgia and was recommended after literally making pillow forts around myself each night this definitely seemed like a good option and honestly I love it!!!! Obviously not the ripping part but after contacting the seller they have replaced it, so financially I still feel like im getting my moneys worth and at this point I need anything that helps

Great product, not too soft and flimsy but not at all hard. Worth noting that there is no pillowcase with the order, but other than that very happy with my order.

I know nothing last but I expected a little longer than I got. Was perfect to start with soft fluffy and really helpful with my sleep and pain that usually stops me from sleeping but after a few months of use it has completely flattened on one side ironically not the side I rest on that's strange. Unless I move more in my sleep than I thought. I have now replaced with a more expensive one hoping that the price reflects the quality. So technically for the price this is it was worth it for the quality of sleep I had just doesn't Last long
