I am so picky about purses, and this one checked all my boxes. I got this purse in the black heart shape with the larger clear front. I love that I can customize it with pins. I have 15 standard size enamel pins on it right now, and I still have a little space left for a few more.As far as the purse itself, I love that it comes with an adjustable strap. I use it as a crossbody bag more often than an elbow purse. I've been using it for several months now. The bag is sturdy and spacious enough to fit all my essntials while being small enough to deter me from carrying more than I need. I normally carry my phone, card wallet, keys, a bottle of hand sanitizer, lip balm, a face mask, a little packet of grandma candies, a notebook and pen, and advil. I I even once carried a standard size bottle of water in the purse WITH all of that, though it was a tight fit.My only complaint is that the way that the pins attach to the bag caused me to scratch my hands on the metal backing of the pins. However, I switched the backing to rubber, and it solved the issue.

This is a great bag! It holds a decent amount of things. I’ve been using it as my every day bag fit awhile now and nothing has ripped or fell off. It comes with an insert which makes placing your badges or pins really easy! If you’re looking for something sturdy and cute this is your bag!

had no where to show off my pins until i came across the pretty heart shaped purse. durable and comes with a long strap. easy to stick my collector pins on and looks great. it has one zipper pocket in the inside for valuable items to keep safe. reasonably priced for how well this purse works

After my purse had seen it’s last days, I looked everywhere for a more “goth” style ita bag, but all other options were sold out or $60+!This little bag is half the price, & just as sturdy & cute!It’s made of thick, sturdy pleather & metal loops, with a thick clear plastic window.It has 3 straps; 2 of which are handles, & 1 of which is a removable, adjustable crossbody strap. The crossbody strap can be clipped straight across to the loops on either end of the zippered opening, or diagonally on the loops on the front & bock of the bag.The bag itself is 1 compartment, though there is a small zippered pocket on the inside. The insert is relatively sturdy, & is held in place by 2 small Velcro tabs at the top of the inside of the bag. It can hold quite a few pins, depending on size! There is also a small loop to hang charms from in front of the insert. I am able to fit my (absolutely stuffed) trifold wallet, my toiletries pouch, & a paperback book in the bag comfortably. All in all, a perfect little bag for the price! I can’t wait to make my own custom inserts for it!My only issue with this order was that the shipping progress was never reported accurately, & shipping was delayed twice.But of course, that’s not the seller’s fault, & has no bearing on the product itself!

bought this after my crummy bag from forever 21 decided to break. im enjoying this bag a lot actually it's very cute! ive been getting compliment on my pins! it holds my wallet, phone, keys, and lip balm fairly well! the only complaint i really have is that the backings of your pins WILL stick out in the bag, making it a bit difficult to have a number of things. that being said, whatever your pins are hooked onto likes to move around just a bit, i feel like having a different Velcro system or a backing protector would help. these are minor complaints though and this bag is suitable for a small amount of things to fit and just overall show off your pins. i think it's definitely sturdy enough and is worth the price.

This was on my wishlist for so long and I finally bit the bullet and purchased and I’m so so happy I did. I’m a pin collector and think this is the perfect way to show off some of my collection! It’s great size, very durable and I like that it comes with a longer strap as well. I’ve already gotten so many compliments and I look forward to continuing to use it for hopefully a long while :)

The purse is SUPER cute, when it first arrived it was a bit bent but after I put stuff in it it went to the right shape. Its pretty easy to put pins on the little piece of fabric thing, but its a tad bit hard to put it back in the slot for it, if that makes any sense. The size is a little bulky and there isn't as much space on the inside as I thought, but it is still pretty decently easy to put all my stuff in there. You can't really hold it by the handles without the strap dragging on the ground and the handle covers up the pins a little bit too, but I still think its really cute and I think my favorite purse so far. (Also, be careful of putting holes in the pin thing, you will be able to see them easily.)

It's such a cute bag and I have had it for a few months now and it has been holding up really well.

Great quality. Zipper is good which often is a downfall. Looks exactly as described in advert. Nice size!

The bag is of average quality except straps which are poor. However the biggest fault is that it lacks the display bit to attach pins to - its most essential part. Save your money and buy something else.

Love it I can display my pins without loosing or damaging them the only thing is the board for the pins is a bit too thick so the pins loose their baking easily.

Very cute and fun, shoulder strap a bit short for cross body use.Bag did not come with an insert for pins which is disappointing as that’s the fun of an ita bag.
