Honestly i end up loving every Saxon James book i read and this one was no exception. This one was so cute, i loved the friendship between Roo and tanner and i loved how protective Tanner was without even realising half the time. The little friendship group they had was cute. At times Tanner did annoy me a little because he really did seem so oblivious and everyone could see it but him, which did make me feel a little sorry for Roo. I liked how even after time apart they kinda snapped back together again. Loved Roos relationship with his family. Looking forward to the rest of the books in this series.

I have never meet someone so oblivious of other people then Tanner. I really liked him though he had a really big heart optimist and lives to help people.I also liked Roo as well but he was more snarky and more careful about who he opened up too. He is also more insecure then TannerI loved how in the town everyone makes assumptions about them how everyone could see the truth. In real life though I guess it is easier to see in other people then yourself because self doubt comes in.

Ya know i really enjoyed this book!My first book by this author and i was happily surprised. Its sweet and cute. Theres a little angst as they struggle to accept its real between them but not so much it clogs your throat up. Just the right amount.I love a besties book. Especially if one is straight but still tactile. Tanner fits this bill. Hes so cute i could just squish the pages in a big hug over him!And Roo is so snarky and sullen to all but Tanner and i loved him instantly! He gave me a little laugh and broke my heart at the same time.I loved them together. They felt like they had always been their own little family unit and they gave me warm sweet fuzzies!Well written and flowed well, it was easy to read and kept my attention. I'm looking forward to book 2 which i'm downloading now.Great start to a series. I'd 100% recommend!

Interesting story of the trials and tribulations of two friends. One American, other Australian. The Aussie suffers from epilepsy and goes home for treatment, while his American buddy, also affected by dyslexia, keeps going. 5 years pass and the Aussie returns to rekindle the friendship, thus causing a series of misunderstandings, until they both realise they're in love and have been since their youth . All ends happily.

I absolutely love Tanner & Roo. Best friends for years and always have each other’s backs. It’s definitely a special relationship/ friendship. They are literally THE best! Everything about this is just brilliant. The humour, romance, steam 😉 (which by the way was sooooo hot! ) these two are literally fire. The connection they have is everything. I could actually quite happily keep reading more and more on these two and would love some bonus scenes of them in the future. They made my heart melt. 5 star read. I will definitely be re-reading this one.Saxon James

I enjoyed this book, the characters and storyline was interesting. I liked how their relationship developed and the interactions between their family and friends.
