Using these as a stand for something I'm making and using pvc pipe as a support. The 1" fits well into these and a better deal than the hardware store for my purposes. I'm not using them as fluid connections, so for a structure, it's fine. Snug enough that I don't need glue and can reuse.

I used these as corner pieces when creating a frame for a portable sound-deadening booth.Just what the doctor ordered! These worked great—perfectly uniform fit.

We were cautioned by a friend that these would not work for our project because they never seem to go together right. We had absolutely no issue with them. They snapped right into each other and with a few taps of the mallet, our structure was sturdy and will last. AND they were half price of what we could by them at the local plumbing store.
