I have ordered two of these frames and both were sub par. As a photographer I was searching for a frame to deliver photos to my clients, these were definitely not what I was looking for. The first frame I ordered had visible glue when looking at the photo and after two days of owning it the glass separated from the frame. I thought I may have received a bad frame so I ordered another thinking the finish would be better, nope. I opened the frame 10 minutes ago and the glue they use on the frame is visible from the front yet again. If you want a quality product LOOK ELSEWHERE! I gave them two chances to get it right and they goofed on both occasions.

Outer and inner packaging was fine, but a corner of the frame came apart in one day. Buyer beware.

The frame is pretty sturdy and putting in my silk art was pretty easy. There are no instructions so the first time disassembling it so you can put a picture or art piece in one of these frames is not as simple as turning the tabs. You have to press the metal corner tension pieces and turn them out to release.Biggest minus is the very off white mat that comes with the frame. The pictures provided are altered white it seems. The mat is definitely a dark cream or beige color and not white. So putting in art with the mat will make the overall look more dingy.

I am surprised at the high-quality of this frame. If you are thinking of going to Michaels, think again.Impressive item. Sturdy and easy to insert art. Liars).If you are confused about how to re-install the clips, here is how you do it:Slide them into the corners of the frame, but make sure they are facing UPWARDS and not downwards. Press the middle and they "lock."The only reason I gave 4 stars was for the lack of instructions. I would purchase from GOLDEN STATE ART again.

Great looking minimalist frame, but you will have to use a nail to hang it. I prefer to use 3M sticky products and avoid puncturing my walls, but due to the weight and very narrow rim on the back of this frame, just be aware that a nail is the only way to go. It does look very clean and professional though.

Love these frames! We now buy these frames for all of our photos. They are excellent quality and look very high end.

I loved this. I was looking for something simple that was made well. It arrived quickly and was packaged so well that I used the same packaging once I framed the artwork I was shipping to my dad across the country. The artwork was easy to frame and the back had plenty of hardware to both keep it secure in the frame and hang it either lengthwise or upright. I would unequivocally recommend it, and it was worth every penny (and more) of the very reasonable price.

I actually like the frame, but the not-white mat leaves me needing to buy a new mat if I want to use this frame. Description says 'ivory' which can mean anything really, and photo looks white. The description should specifically say the mat is not white and is cream colored. Photo showing the difference next to a white mat. Just makes the framed image look old and dingy.

These frames were exactly what we hoped they'd be Slim borders, strong and large enough!
