Q: Would it be possible to put a queen and a XL Twin together?

Maybe if you used two of them, but they aren't worth the money. Weird to lay on like your bed has on a girdle.

Q: If using with an adjustable split king bed, (separate adjustable sides) how do sheets work?

Q: I have a split king does this fit or is this for making smaller beds larger

The material for that one is rough, I didn't keep it. I have 2 XL twins together (adjustable) I went with the pad down the middle and it came with a "rope" that goes around the twin beds to keep them together as 1 King bed. Called (12 inch Wide Bed Bridge). I have adjustable twins, it's very hard to get sheets with that pad in the middle, you can't tuck both top sheets on the top on the inside of both beds! Split top Head Split sheets. I don't know if that helped?

Not really, we put a mattress pad over the binder
