The product arrived in good time However the ball .arrived soft. I wanted, and expected a hard ball. I received a message from the seller, that it is supposed to be soft, for slamming down. Which I didnt anticipate. Although I expect, it may have been in the online description of the ball. I have now purchased a pump. Pumped the ball up myself. It is, a very tactile and grippy ball. And for the exercises I need it for, it should do very well.

Would prefer them to be filled with gel instead of air so the sand didn't move around so fast, but just a minor issue really, and that movement is actually good for some exercises

Looks good and feels ok, a little softer than I’d like.I really don’t like the shift in weight as it moves inside. I prefer an even weight balance when moving the ball rather than a sudden shift. Just my preference. If the weight shift was addressed this would be a 5⭐️ ball
