Great customer service
The cover is very sturdy and stylish, great quality.The glass screen protector, unfortunately, was delivered broken. I contacted ProCase via email through their website and they promptly made that right, they sent me a replacement (actually 2 protectors) at no cost (they made me order them on Amazon and sent me a refund). All comms were fast and I appreciate the good customer service.

Scratched my iPad!
Overall the case is as you would expect however after months of having this case I decided to take it off to clean and noticed the back of my iPad is scratched.I looked closely at the inside of the case and there are small lumps of plastic that have pushed into the iPad to cause marks.I am really dissatisfied as this is what I was trying to avoid
