is this D3 derived from sheeps lanolin or fish oil?

Is there a difference between these and the Vita Optimum D3 soft gels?

I'm no expert but I researched as much as I could before choosing and it came down to these 2 brands, I personally could not find a difference. I chose the Naturewise and have been happy with them.

The pills are very tiny. Maybe about 5-6mm ball shape.

Horrible

All of the pills are stuck together in one block, there is no way to take one out !! Absolutely horrible, and there is no return for this product, avoid at all costs !!
