Q: How do you replace this blade?

Unscrew two bolts on the sides, take old blade out, put new in, tighten both bolts.

Q: Do these work for the bn64 model size? I lost the original set, purchased a new trio, but they are somehow too small, worried to get correct size!?

Sorry. My unit is so old, it doesn't have a model number. The total length of the blades are 4 1/8" (10.5 cm).

Q: Does this blade go to the beige Benriner (Medium) ?

This fits the regular benriner. It will not fit the super.
