Imported.It's sad America has given our industrial jobs away.It's a shovel. Looks to be designed well enough and feels good scooping mulch.

Whoever designs and builds shovels have no idea how to shovel.
Too heavy and too much angle on the spade part. Had to heat up the steel with a cutting torch a d straighten the angle. I do not lay down to shovel.
