If you sell automobiles for a living (or sell anything for that matter) and want to be successful and have structure in your sales day. You will own anything that Steve Stauning can offer us. Steve is excellent at identifying what makes today's customers tick and how they want to buy. But this particular book is about sales management, the sales floor along with systems and processes. If you are a manager of an Automobile dealership and you think you know everything....you are gonna be dead wrong. This book teaches action and accountability. If you manage a car dealership or any retail business with sales staff you need to read this. I've read Gitomer, Joe Verde , Zig Ziglar , Tom Hopkins , Tom Freese , Dale Carnegie etc. Steve is who I needed at this point in my sales career. IT WILL WAKE YOU UP! It did for me. Steve Stauning is a " 1 percenter." Thank you, Steve!
