Why is this $899? even in the official oculus website, it's $499 for quest bundle/128gb

Is it compatible with vive body tracking?

Not likely. All the tracking cameras are in the headset, I doubt it could keep track of your feet , since it wouldn't be able to see them at all times

Does the system come with any games or do you have to purchase them separately?

It does come with some free games. I enjoy my Occulus very much!
