Good but picture is misleading
The picture shows it with a heat shield but the newer models no longer have the shield. It still fits and functions just fine.

Perfect fit for my 2002 Tacoma
This o2 sensor was the perfect solution to get rid of the check engine light related to the upstream o2 sensor code. It was a little tough to reach the connector that Toyota decided to put in a bit of a tight spot to reach. This cleared up my issue and my 2002 Tacoma passed the emissions test.I would recommend this sensor for a 2002 v6, 4wd with manual transmission .Make sure you verify fitment since the automatic transmission vehicles take a different model sensor I believe.

Exact fit.
I tried several O2 sensor for my 2006 BMW 525i and none worked. Finally I purchased this one and car is running like new and finally my check engine light is off with no fault codes.
