My husband says this works too well. It will freeze like a block, wrap a thick towel around it for sure. Very cold, do not directly hold on your skin, it will burn like frostbite.

Material seemed durable, however, only used for two weeks when it started leaking at the seam. Was not abused, only used to place chilled on feet with neuropathy.

Love it!This pillow is just perfect. It’s not too cool just cool enough. Happy that I’m not going to sweat too much this summer. There’s a few thing I don’t really like about this product, it’s too difficult to add the water in the pillow. In addition, the instructions and the warnings on the ice crystal is Chinese. If you make to make it more cool, you put the pillow into a refrigerator for a few hours and it will stay cool for at least 5 hours.
