G-Shock - G-Steel Watch

I wanted a watch with a touch of gold to match my wedding band. I have other Gshocks and was happy to have this pop up on my search. The gold is a good warm tone and the blacks are true blacks, no washed out or cheap looking parts on this watch. The watch has a big face, and wears just like the other Gshocks, which is to say it wears pretty big. The silicone band is grippy and feels of quality, even though the light band doesn't quite balance the heavy watch face. The metal on the face and case make this Gshock feel heavy like a diver. If a heavy watch bothers you, this one will as well. If you're looking for a showier or at least more grown-up feeling watch, but want something rugged and decently priced, these metal Gshocks are a great buy. They are easy to use and the illumination is better than most of the other analog Gshocks, just understand that they are still a bit big and a bit garish.

I can't say enough about how much I love this watch! The contrast of the black and gold really makes it pop, but subtly. ust got this beauty today and I couldn't be happier! I have another Casio G Steel in Stainless Steel, so I already knew how to operate all of the functions which can be initially challenging. This is a great looking casual watch with just enough bling to looking classy without being too over the top. Plus my wife really likes how it looks on me. I was looking at couple of other similar styles, but they weren't Tough Solar and I didn't want to have to worry about batteries. I definitely recommend this watch! If your new to Casio, you owe to yourself to check this one out, you won't be disappointed!

I have several G-SHOCKS and this is my favorite… looks amazing, tons of compliments. Great price as well … definitely get yourself this watch, will not be disappointed.

Perfect. I own another G shock that was bought for me like 11 years ago and that thing has been going hard without missing a beat. So reliable. I'm a fan. So I told the wife I wanted another but more classy and also sporty...like me lol. I found this one because I wanted something to match my gold wedding band. It came in and man it didn't disappoint. This watch is really nice. The black and gold looks sleek but gansta and it looks good on my wrist. Perfect size. Not too gaudy and overastated but not too delicate either. Definitely looks more expensive than it is. The only thing I would that say could be better on this watch is the digital display. The funky dark display is hard to see plus it's already small. Casio should've went with something backlit. Yeah I know it would've impacted the battery life but it wouldve definitely been better on folks with weak eyesight like myself. All in all the watch is a hitter that I'll be rocking on a daily basis. An excellent purchase. I recommend.

The watch is not a typical G-shock piece and it looks more like dressy ones especially A.P. Royal Oak Offshore series, which is a reason I brought it. The functions are multiple and can not be understood easily. But I think it's familiar to the people who have own some g-shocks as I have GW-9400. This one looks fantastic and shining on my 16 cm wrist. The weight is considerably light with its huge size. The golden color is a little light as the other ones said, and it's more yellow golden not rose golden as compared to my citizen bu-2023-04e.There are some deflects too. First, the band is not quit suitable to me, it's hard to wear it every time. Second, the watch hands looks cheaper. Third, the buttons are silver not golden, that is not the same style with the other parts, which bothers me the most!Overall, the watch is great, and deserves the money. Recommended'

Bought this watch last year and extremely happy with the purchase. It's an all round watch, you can wear on formal or casual occasions. It is not lightweight nor too heavy. Be careful about the glass dial as mine got a scratch while taking out keys from my pocket. I haven't checked the water resistant part by submerging fully but I exposed it to mist or light rain while riding a bike and nothing bad happened to it. Dirt gets accumulated here and there and need to clean it regularly. The solar charging is an excellent feature.

I got this for around 12k in the sale and at that price it's just unbeatable.Normal price is around 18k which is on the higher side.Overall watch is just awesome and very satisfied.
