Naztech 12488 Vault iPhone 5/5S Waterproof Protective Phone Case - Black

I love this case it is nice and thin and it is really safe and the water proof level is great live this case

It's nearly impossible to understand phone conversations with this on. The construction is very cheap plastic. It's also difficult to touch the edges of the phone screen because of the lip on the cover.

This case is advertised as waterproof and indeed it is. It does protect the phone from water, sand etc and does offer shock protection if dropped from a modest height. On the down side, the cover over the microphone part of the phone makes it very difficult for listeners at the other end of a conversation to hear you - you really need to speak up which can be problematic in public. In addition, the cover portion over the touch screen doesn't contact the screen completely especially at the edges. This makes texting somewhat more difficult. In short, it fulfills the duty of a waterproof case but requires some compromises in use. In the future, I'll probably go back to one of my dry sacks to store the phone. I don't actually take it into the water anyway

This is a case you WILL HATE USING AS A EVERYDAY PROTECTION FOR YOU IPHONE! Its VERY ANNOYING! to put it in or try to get it out. its cheap plastic. the HOME bottom it can be very hard to work! , when you need to text or type something it can take you for ever to actually get the little chat window to open! I'm a woman and I have a pretty decent hand/fingers size! forget about it if you had man or big fingers!!! THE CONS: well... I went on vacation to the beach and I still used it and my kept my phone safe! I even took some pictures during playing in the swimming pool! NOT UNDERWATER though. so, it does keep your phone dry and dirt free!!!!!

Did the water test by placing a napkin inside first and getting it submerged. it passed. the only thing about this I really do not like is that the see through part where your camera lens is, gets foggy and half of our pics get blurry. i have bought a few of these, and they are all the same. it is important that you run your hand around every part of the edge and push it together until you hear the snaps, or it is not closed. it looks closed, but it is not until you can hear this. imagine it like a zip loc baggie, and just keep pressing until it is snapped. I bought this more so to take pics when we are boating, but that was a hit or miss depending on the fogged up screen, but overall i still give it a 4 because it did keep my phone dry.

At first I was scared to Order cause of some of the reviews in here but I took the chance and it was so worth it. I did the water test twice with n without my phone and it passed with flying colors. Very satisfied. I have a lifeproof case and this case has better qualities like ppl can hear you better and it's easier to plug charger and headphones. What could be change is making the screen protector flat so it's easier to type other than that very satisfied. Specially for the price!!!

Although the Naztech 12488 Vault IPhone 5/5S waterproof protection phone case was packaged nicely, the product is horrible, This phone case is a big rip off. When your iPhone is in the case U can't charge it through the hole that's provided in the bottom of the case. Also U can't turn the ringer off because a button doesn't exist on the left side of the phone case. You have to take the phone out of the case to get to the button to turn the volume "OFF" or "Silence" the phone. There is only volume "Up or Down" buttons.I finally got ripped off on Amazon : (
