Excellent quality
These were so well made - the stitching, seams, pockets, zips were all perfection! There's real attention to detail and I like the heavier duty material on the knees. I had to return the 1st pair for a smaller size and that was an unfortunate delay but totally worth it and a straightforward process. I recommend choosing size based on hip measurement as the waist has elasticized sides so it's very forgiving if your waist size is larger than your hip size. I'd say true to size and I could still put a thin base layer underneath if I wanted to. I love the fit, the material is very comfortable, soft & brushed inside and warm without being too heavy and bulky. Now I'm clear on my size, I'll definitely be buying more pants from Postropaky.

Great snow pants
These pants are great - cute color, nice cut, and warm. I'm normally an 8 or 10 tall. I got these in a 10 tall and they're almost perfect. I can fit layers under them and they're a great length. The waist is big on me, though. There are belt loops but I don't really want to wear one while I'm playing in the snow, so I've just been putting up with it. With a long coat, I don't think it'll be an issue. I was kneeling in the snow with my kids, and the pants stayed warm and dry. For what I'll use them for (shovelling and playing in the snow), these are great!

Great fabric, poor fit for plus size
I read a lot of reviews before ordering these and took a gamble. I'm 5' 7" w/ 31" inseam and a size 16 in women's at Target. I don't consider myself apple or pear shaped - just evenly distributed chub. I do have junk in my trunk but, like, as much as one might expect for a size 16? I ordered true to size and I do think I ordered the right size. If I got these any bigger I'd have way too much room in the waist. The biggest problem is that I need another couple inches of rise in the back. But I cannot wear them without leggings, or I'll be showing the wrong kind of cleavage. There's no belt, though there are belt loops. This issue feels like a patterning issue -- Like the pattern was sized up without adding additional room in to accommodate girth in three dimensions. My second issue is that I need a few more inches around the calf. Even with them zipped open, they do not fit over a pair of boots any bigger than a hiking boot. Not ideal for shoveling snow, and as a plus size girl I don't think I can fit them inside my high waterproof boots.Right now I'm up in the air if I'll keep these. The material is awesome. They are indeed truly waterproof as well as stretchy, so even though they don't fit well, they're comfy with a pair of leggings. My coat is long, so it's ok that they fall down in the back -- but I do wish they didn't. The ideal use would be hiking, but I cannot wear them with a short jacket.Postropaky, please update your plus size pattern! These would be the most perfect waterproof pants if you did.

Love These - Fit is great and kept me warm all day
OK so I read reviews for any purchase I make. So I bought these pants for a New Years Eve side by side ride in Garrett County MD. The high temp for the day was 39 degrees low was 33, we left at noon and got home around 6 pm during a snow storm, we do not have an enclosure on our side by side. I purchased the Fleece Lined long johns for woman, i also wore a pair of Jeans and then topped off with these pants (I provided the link below for these LJ's I would also recommend them). I was not cold all day, even through some of the highest points in WV with the wind blowing and snow covered trails. I purchased a Size 10, with a regular inseam (32) and had plenty of room and the length was actually good. I feel a tall would have been too long, they fit over my boots very well and did not feel bulky. I'm 5 ft 8 and (with longer legs, I normally purchase a tall in jeans). Weight 152 lbs.I purchased a pair of bibs also, in a size lg with a regular (31) inseam and they were extremely short, I will be returning those. I just wasn't sure what would work best so I ordered both items.I would highly recommend these pants, I feel I would have been good even it was a colder day. If for any reason we are dumb enough to go on a colder day or if I'm out with the kids on a colder day and have different results, I will update this post.Link for long johns, they are soft and cozy. Don't purchase based on color because the color in the pic is way off. The shirt is def. a dark navy blue. I purchased a large and the fit was fine.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09DSMNH4B?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details

Love these!!
I purchased these pants after a recommendation from a stranger. I am so glad I did!! These are warm and very comfortable I only wish I known about them sooner. They are fleece lined but not to heavy and are very flexible. They fit perfectly if you follow the fitting chart. I bought a size smaller than I normally wear due the the hip size and was shocked at how well they fit. I would highly recommend for anyone who likes to snow ski or hike during the colder months. I wore them walking and a 30 something evening and was completely warm. Can't say enough about them, they are a great addition to my hiking attire.

Very warm and functional.
I bought a pair last year and they were essential in our Wisconsin winter. Perfect for winter dog walks. I had to buy another pair because I gained weight. In a blizzard this week, we had 12 inches of wet snow. They kept my legs warm and dry and I had them on all day shoveling. I wear a size 8 but bought a size 6. They fit well. With a lot of moving around you might want to wear a belt as they are not high waisted. They say EX-Strech, (typo) in bright red, but I'm not wearing them for fashion so its kind of funny to me. The knees are reinforced. They fit well around my boots, so they keep the snow out. Its going to be well below 0 degrees this week. I won't go out without them!

5’8” 150lbsActive at 65y/oOrdered 8tallI LOVE the sizing on these hiking pants! I wish there were more offerings for women with longer legs. They are perfect for my 33” inseam and have an ankle zip for big boots. The fleece lining is warm and breathable. They’re so comfy I wear them everywhere when it’s really cold.

Good pants, although size is bit larger than expected.
