LavazzaDark Roast Perfetto Coffee K-Cups

This coffee has the best flavor, it's wonderfully full-bodied and bold. I also needed some customer service with an issue and they really stepped up to the plate with very efficient and professional service. This company and their product ROCKS!

A very smooth, non acidic coffee. Have been a Starbucks and Folgers Black Silk drinker since their various options became K cups. Lavazza is superior to both.

Some of the K=Cup don't come packaged with the same amount of Coffee inside and it is not consistent for me to always enjoy a rich, dark full flavor cup I expect when I get a K-Cup that has an adequate amount of Dark Coffee in it. I have been seen this quality control issue in many of the K-Cups and it is a problem and I hope that everyone that enjoys a darker full flavored cup of coffee complain for being short changed by having less coffee in the K-Cup

This 'espresso' has no flavor. It's like a coffee out of a vending machine!!I would like to exchange the three unopened boxes (32-16=10) for the Lavavvsa 's Perfecto Dark and velvety single cup for Keurig Roast Coffee. ???? It's the black, brown and white package flavor.I thought since the Perfecto Dark roast was rich tasting, the espresso would be richer tasting...It is not at all!!Kathleen Bertrand
