this cookbook is not only a cookbook...but the book also has pictures of the middle east that are breathtaking,,,,i love middle eastern food,,,,have for many many years.....but in this book,,,u will find different recipes from different countries...already tried a few.....highly recommend it...

Chef RAmzy , I remember a waiting an off school day to watch him! He is the best chef! The book is great though there is some translation errors! I wish I could have the other book too, the complete Lebanese cuisine ! Please make it available Amazon!
