not what I expected

It was only after I purchased this that I realized it was the newer version that needs a type c connection for which I purchased an adaptor type A to type C connector. The type A connectors work fine, the type C doesn’t. However I think this is because of the way I have had to connect it to my older iMac not a problem with the product. I have this 5 stars as it is my error for not checking the connector type, not a fault of the product which is great quality.

the design of this adapter is great, it does have a simple way to mount it on without damaging your iMac at all, it does have good amount of inputs, I do wish if it had 3.5mm jack as well which would make this adapter perfect. My only consern about this adapter which is not the fault of the adapter but just the nature on how iMac works, when you do insert a device in it will tilt back, so you either have to adjust it after or hold the iMac while inserting a device in. Overall, great adapter to decluter your table and bring some of the most used ports from the back of the iMac to the front of it.

Lo he comprado para regalo ya que yo no tengo un MAC compatible con este HUB y la persona del cumple ha quedado maravillada, es un HUB que queda de lujo ya que con unos pequeños ajustes se puede poner pegado a la pantalla por la parte de abajo y tener un cumpleto HUB super cómodo de usar. Cuando se lo regale lo instalamos y es bastante fácil de instalar, tiene una ruedecita para abrir y cerrar las palitas de arriba y que encaje bien con el monitor y no se mueva, la verdad es que es fácil de poner. Mola por que se conecta a un USB C y solo con eso ya nos da lector de tarjetas SD y micro SD, 3 USB normales 3.0 y un USB C para no perder el que hemos conectado, por lo que ofrece una mu buena conectividad y no ocupa casi nada. Recomendado!

I faced no small difficulty in fixing it to the underside of my iMac. Thought I should fix one pair of the 'grippers' in the front and the other pair behind the lower edge of the Mac. It took some time for me to realise that all the four grippers should be in one line and inserted into the air vents at the bottom, and, after this is done, the space between the grippers has to be widened by operating the knob at the rear. Till I got it right, I was guilty of being irritated at the product!

Stilren och smidig, enkel att sätta upp. Än så länge allt fungerar bra, får se om det håller.
