I guess it works. It’s solgar. I did not pay attention to where they source their fish as these days that makes a huge difference. If you’re in the market for very good fish oil then go organic wild caught. Solgar would have displayed that in huge bold text if that was in there!

Love how I found these to be so much cheaper than in the health food store or pharmacy. Dr suggested I start taking these fish oil capsules about a year ago....and boy they can be pricey. So glad I found them here on Amazon....and even saved a bit more by putting them in the subscribe and save program. Just hope they stay in stock!
