Takes a minute to figure out all the removable parts but once you have that down it's a great mask. Smells of plastic at first but that's to be expected. Goes away with time. Overall great product.

This product is very comfortable to wear around the head, ears, and nose. The top portion of the head strap slides down a little unless you have a pony tail or somehow to keep it up but still works fine. I’ve never worn one before so I tried the settings alone first with no exercise and I definitely recommend starting at level one before jumping to level 25. So not start higher as you really need to train. For someone who has asthma it may take awhile to get used to. I panicked a little on the higher settings so had to go back to the lower ones. If you’re taking a trip out to higher elevations use this even if it’s just around the house

Used this item for one indoor cycling ride and went to change the setting one one side broke with in one use. Would maybe look at different one other then this one

has different levels that really work, straps are comfortable
