They look great. Are a good size for my 36 inch door. It is a easy installation. I cut the whole, made sure it was square and off we went. The quality is good and a great value for my money. I hope it will solve the venting and air distribution for my house.

I needed to vent the laundry room door. Instead of spending $500.00 for a half louvered door. Money is tight restoring this old home. It worked out well. I grounded off the tips of the screws because it was going through on the other side. It worked great.Love it.

I like the vent and it was easy to install . But, the screws for it are a little too long. If the vent is as thin as it could be and the screws are screwed all the way in for a standard hollow door, there will be four dimples on the other side of the vent. My advice is to grind about 1/16 - 1/8 off of the tip of the screw (if your vent is collapsed to its thinnest configuration). That will prevent the dimpling of the other side of the vent and possible screw protrusion like mine.

I wanted to add ventilation to a closet door. These were fairly simple to install and give a nice, clean look. As someone else noted, the screws maybe too long for the thickness of your door so check them before you tighten them down or you will poke thru the other side grill. I had to cut off about 1/8" to keep them from showing on the other side.

Very easy to install and looks good....the first one had a broken bent corner in the shrink wrap but Amazon replaced it. The material does not appear that it would break easy.

Worked well with a door going into the boiler room in a basement rec room.

Although the vent is designed to fit doors as thin as 33 mm, the supplied screws were too long for use on my 35 mm thick door. Other than that, the vent has a flange large enough to cover minor errors in the hole and seems sturdy enough. My first one did not survive shipping in the plastic shipping bag, though. The replacement was shipped in a box.

Arrived broken. It was shipped loose in a big box, Corner was broken off, but the piece was not in the box, so it must have been packed and shipped already broken. I returned and was shipped a replacement, but replacement came in a shipping bag, no padding or protection, was also broken from the corner. *sigh* This one had the broken piece in the bag, so ot wanting to wait another three days I just glued the piece on the corner and installed. I don;t know who's at fault for the stupid way these are shipped, but they are cheap brittle plastic, so they should at least come packed with some paper to protected the vulnerable corners. size is good otherwise. I'm keeping this item because I can't find a metal cover this size that isn't outrageously expensive and with a front and back.
