Good product. Works well. Helps control hunger pangs. I use it along with green coffee powder and cinnamon powder in hot water. I take one or two grams of garcinia and boil it in RO water for a couple of minutes and then filter it in a glass. Then I add cinnamon, green coffee powder alongwith half a teaspoon of Honey and drink it. I find it effective.
