Finally!!!!!!!!! This is the first grapefruit candy I have found that has true grapfruit flavor since Wild Oats went out of business!!! Will definitely be buying this again!

These are weird for an American palette. When I first got these, I agreed with many of the reviews here: my first impression was that the rum flavoring was not only overpowering but off-putting (not that I have a problem with the flavor of rum but there's an alcoholic aftertaste that lingers on the tongue and even in the nose). But after the third or fourth candy, I got used to that and notice it less than I did at first.They're also dusted in powdered sugar, which is a fine but a little odd. Usually hard candies are sanded in a fine sugar to keep them from sticking to each other but I think the "creamy" part is supposed to be referring to the sensation of the powdered sugar melting in your mouth when you first pop one of these in.It's really these aspects of the candies that make them quite different from most of the butterscotch candies available in the US. Honestly not sure if I'll get these again, but they really do take some getting used to, and you can't go in expecting the caramel flavor to be prominent.

I have been ordering hard fruit candy for years. They are expensive and usually from Europe. Most have either been overly sweet or overly sour.These are amazing!! Pure fruit flavor came through, not too sour, not too sweet.I will be ordering from this company again.

I didn’t like these, and if I could return them, I would.Not only are they very large candies, but they have zero sour taste and are no better than any other cherry hard candy I could buy at the dollar store.Very disappointed.

Good tart cherry candy. I was originally looking for cherry sours, and found this as an alternative to buying like a 5 lb bag of the classic cherry sours. Since then, I've bought them several times. They are intense enough that I really only want one at a time, which means the little tin lasts me a long time. I got a similar report from my dad after I bought him a can for Christmas.

This hard butterscotch candy is authentic -- it really does taste like Scotch whiskey. It is buttery and sweet, and a real treat. They cost more than other butterscotch candies, but they are definitely different and better than other butterscotch candies.

All of their hard candy is delightful and nostalgic for me as I have fond memories of growing up with similar items from another manufacturer
