Why is is this more intensive the basic serum? No where can I find an explanation about this and why one should use this one or the basic serum.

I use Nivea for dark spots on my face. Noticed difference within a week of use. Regular serum could not clear the dark sun spots on my skin. I started using it in August 2022. Skin tone is noticeably more even and I haven’t stopped using it. I guess depending on what the purpose for use is , a person can use any serum, but this one works better for me.
