Ranger Adirondack Alcohol Blending Solution, 2-Ounce Label May Vary (TIM19800)

I love it, bought it when I started out with alcohol inks. It works just as it claims, but plain old alcohol seems to work just as well for me. A 16 oz bottle of 99% alcohol is under $3, and I don't feel bad squirting it on the non stick mat to do clean up! I don't see much difference using it in my art either, though I haven't tried it in the blender pen.

I found using the blending solution takes some practice to get the results I want. It works wonders, though I never quite know what is going to happen. That's the fun of it! I found that less is better when using the blending solution.

fun and easy to use with alcohol inks

This does a great job at extending the working time and blending of colors with alcohol ink. Just can't figure out why it's so expensive. I'm making my own now with glycerin and alcohol, and it's does the same thing.

arrived in a timely fashion

These alcohol Inks are lots of fun to play with. They are very sheer, and it is a lot like painting abstracts. If you buy them make sure you have lots of glossy cardstock around to use them on. I do cards, and they make geat bacgrounds. I haven't tried it myself, but I have heard that rubbing alcohol works just as well, and is much cheaper. Something to experiment with I guess.

I love working with alcohol inks and this is a must have to make awesome cards.
