Excellent IEM-worthy earbuds for $30
This iteration of the Quadbeat 3 is apparently tuned by AKG, though the most obvious change from the original QB3's is the hole at the bottom of the earbuds now being blocked off. These buds are meant to deliver a more balanced sound, which they do splendidly which justifies the "Tuned By AKG" stamp on the remote as there's clearly a difference in sound. The downside is that sub-level bass is less present by a few decibels compared to the original QB3's and the mid and upper bass seem to be boosted a tad as a result of the holes being blocked. The highs and mids do make up for the somewhat boomier bass response though mids could be more present within the sound.Something interesting to note is that the aesthetics of the buds try and give off the brushed gold metal look and that the nylon braided cable only extends from the 3.5mm audio plug to the small prism. The wires for the earbuds are a mere white silicon material which hasn't stained despite my usage though something to consider if you hate the look of discolored white with a passion. Wish there was a black color option for these earbuds and yes the original QuadBeat 3's are black but I prefer the sound signature of these over the other pair, not to mention the remote setup. As for the mic, mic quality is excellent for its price and I've had no complaints while using it. Heck, most people I've talked to noticed that mic quality is improved with these earbuds though that might be merely placebo. The volume buttons and center play/pause button works as intended and works on an LG G4, V10 and the G5, at least that's the case when I demo's the buds on those phones though clearly this QB3 iteration is clearly meant for the V10 as the overall volume with these buds are slightly lower on the G4 and a bit moreso with the G5.Overall, a must buy if you want high quality earbuds with great sound, looks and feel.

Worth the money?
I liked these headphones since I got them when they were bundled with my LG v10. The tips don't get greasy like I notice other earbuds do. So when I lost one of the tips I was upset cause I loved the comfort and fit of those. The sound is good too not saying they're the best but I like the sound of them when plugged in my phone that has a built in DAC already so maybe that helps. The price though is a little high for my comfort but I bought them again anyways cause the tips and the previous pair were getting old and dirty due to the build being made of thread like material on the wires.

Excellent quality build and exceptional sound
Excellent quality build and exceptional sound. I love how it works perfectly with my LG V10 and the sound quality is amazing, so much better than the Samsung in-ear phones that came with my last phone, Note 4.NOTE: Found that the included eartips that came wtih the Quadbeat 3 were very uncomfortable after a few weeks of wearing, I could barely survive wearing them after 1 song. After a long search I found a pair of foam eartips https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01KFB5SCI/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 that fit well and don't hamper the beautiful sound quality of the Quadbeat 3. Now I am happily using my Quadbeat 3 without hurting my ears after 1 song.

These are nice earbuds and the color is very pretty but I don't think it's worth it for the price. It's not very comfortable in my ear either but that probably varies by person to person.

Would not recommend
The product itself by quad beat is great wen it works. The ones I got with my phone works for about 6 months then the Mic went asking with the controls. Then I bought it from this seller. I thought with the oem label and the price that I was getting a good product but within the day I bought it the right ear started cutting out. That tasks if refurbished being passed as new so I can't recommend this seller. the problem is we're trapped because phones use these third party products that can only b repurchased from online retailers who often are jus refurbishing products that have abandoned

Simply Brilliant!)
What can I say? Brilliant! The best earphones, in this price category, I have ever used. The sound is well balanced and absolutely clear, especially when I'm using LG V10 with Hi-Fi DAC. The bass is amazing! At the same time I found them very comfortable. I will definitely recommendLG QuadBeat 3 for everyone who wants quality for an affordable price!)

Amazing for the price
I bought these as a cheap alternative to my expensive UEs, that I could leave a work. They have a much nicer fit/finish and sound almost as good for 1/4 the price. The sleaved wires are nice touch also. The finish alone is worth the slight premium over the other popular $25-30 offerings.
