I was looking for a Saffron Extract supplement to help lose some weight.I have been looking at "weight loss products" for a long time. I've tried and done several of them. Been There Done That.After thorough research into the weight loss industry as a whole, I found, FOR ME, that I would rather go about my normal activities and "just desire to eat less". So, the key for me was to change my desire.To Change My Own Desire to Eat.After looking at some the studies on "appetite suppressants", the most favorable were for Saffron Extract used in conjunction with Moringa. So, I decided to give it a try.I'm using myself as a personal experiment. I'm measuring all my body parts: waist, thigh, bicep, chest.......just like they do at the health spa. I want to see how fast the weight comes off, when I choose to eat less by making my appetite "Feel FULL" faster.I'm about 4 days into the experiment. I'll keep the Amazon readers posted as to the inches and weight that comes off.But, as for now, in the first 4 days. I have noticed that I "FEEL" that I don't want to eat as much at dinner. So, I can say that my appetite is lowered already. Which over several months, will cause much less calories to go in. I'm liking it so far.I would recommend the combination of Saffron Extract and Moringa to everyone that wants to lose weight. It's working for me.

I hesitated to put a review until I had tried this product for more than 6 weeks.I did not see results right away in my appetite control and cravings. However after 8 weeks of use I can honestly say I crave absolutely no junk food. All those cravings for pizza and candy and cookies have vanished. I am eating healthier than I have ever in my life. I dropped three pounds in one week just by taking saffron twice a day and eating healthy choices. I also love the fact it does not interact with any of my prescriptions nor have any side effects. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs help losing weight and getting rid of those sweet tooth cravings. Be patient with this product and you will see results. This is my first time buying any type of supplements on Amazon and and I found it while looking for something natural for depression. This has helped my moods tremendously and made me feel much better about myself. I will continue to take this product until I reach my goal weight. I am very happy and excited to found a product that actually has results and works.I would recommend this to anyone.

It's a little too soon to review this product, as I've only had it for a few days now. I've read some very good things about it. Very seldom do I ever read anything negative that talks about any harmful side effects from taking herbal/natural supplements, and I read A LOT about natural medicines and supplements. They are, generally speaking, extremely safe - far safer than any of their pharmaceutical drug counterparts. However, I did do some additional reading about taking Saffron supplements, and was surprised to learn that if you exceed the recommended doses in an extremely excessive way, there could be potentially fatal side effects. But that is only with extremely excessive doses. Just a note of caution, if you are someone who thinks that if a little of something is good, then more is better. Not so with saffron. Just follow the recommended dosages and don't get carried away, and you should enjoy good benefits.

This product is not really for me because I don't eat enough for it to have the intended effect. This product may work very well for those who have a larger appetite which keeps them from losing weight. I only had that last stubborn 5-10 pounds I wanted to shed and just sort of hoped this would help, but it's really not meant for that. I do want to say, though, this company is amazing. After my order arrived, they sent two follow-up emails checking in on me to see how I was doing with the product. In each email, they told me if I was not satisfied, they would refund the money immediately. That just speaks volumes to me. So the three starts are for the fact the product didn't work for me, but I would give this company five stars.

I've only taken this product for a few days. I thought it might be too soon to write a review, but to be honest it's NOT! After the first day of taking this, I noticed my appetite was significantly reduced. Already I "feel thinner" which is quite a feat, since I've tried almost every weight loss product under the sun and none of them ever worked for me. This one is working and it's working fast and furious. I will continue to buy and update my progress. I need to lose 50 lbs. If this product can help me do that, I will be forever grateful. Like anything else in the supplement world, it may not give every person that tries it the same result, but I can only say that it's working for me and if you try it, I hope it will do the same for you!

I've used this stuff for months now and I'm not really impressed because it has made no impact on my weight. I stopped taking DSF formula for a while, simply because it was expensive and I wanted to try something else that might have a similar effect. Yes, Saffron extract cut cravings, and I ate less, but I did not lose weight because of it. My underlying problem is adrenal fatigue, and DSF formula has worked for me in terms of weight loss, cutting cravings, balancing my energy and stabilizing my mood. Saffron extract has worked only 2 of those symptoms, and provided no positive result. Besides which, it has an annoying side effect: dry mouth! Very bad! I'm going back to DSF formula and bidding good-bye to saffron extract for good. It's worth it for me to pay top dollar for something that actually improves the quality of my life. This is not to say, however, that this saffron extract will not work for you.
