It feels like tiny little needle on your tongue 👅. It's a weird experience. Ultimately I would prefer not getting it.

My diabetic husband uses this in his coffee and tea every day and he can't tell it isn't sugar. I've also used it in keto baked goods and it is perfect. However, do not sprinkle on top of a baked good; then it tends to have a strange cool liquid feeling to it, which my husband absolutely hated.

I use monk fruit powder whenever I bake for my diabetic friends, so Livsmart is one of my choices for restocking. I only wish they had a bigger bag. The Lakanto company sells me 1 pound (16 oz) at a time, which lasts longer. Many recipes call for at least 1 cup of sweetener. Anyway, the Livsmart brand produces a good-tasting product, which I can tell has no sneaky additives.
