Very easy to assemble except you might need another person to help you put the back together. Has tons of support in the back, easy to adjust chairs settings, and very nice to look at. I was worried about quality of the leather but it looks gorgeous and feels great!

Edited to add that it is now a year and a half later and my hydraulics have given out on this chair and I have to buy a brand new chair. Not happy!Chair was the perfect size. Loved the convertible arm rests. Chair is pretty comfy. I work from home and sit for 9 hours a day so the seat could have a bit more cushion but overall I'm happy with my purchase and would buy again.

Extremely easy to assemble. The quilted bank is beautiful and it’s very comfy. Bought this as a gift for someone who has to use her vanity area for working from home now and she loved it!

We're using two of these on a new screened -in porch. They fit perfectly and the grey color is just right for us... (rich looking vs too dark or washed out).The lift-up arms are especially nice and helpful.And the price was at least $200 less than others we were looking at!Highly Recommend!

I purchased this on Friday and had it delivered within 24 hours, a most pleasant surprise as the expected deliver was 02/04/21 to 02/09/21. It did take 2 people to put together , but only because we had some difficulty with the arms lining up in the holes with the back and seat . The material tended to fold over onto the holes. We finally got it together and it is very sturdy . I love that the arms flip up when you don't want to use them. I am using it for the first time today. The seat is not as soft as I had hoped, but the back support is wonderful. Unfortunately the mechanism that makes the seat rise , is not working. The seat does not raise or lower, or rock as advertised. Fortunately the seat just happens to be stuck at a perfect height for my desk and I very rarely moved the height on my old chair. so I won't go through the trouble of returning it. I would give it a 3.5 for this reason only, otherwise it seems to be a good chair .

Chair was very easy to install. Love the look and feel of a chair. Love the fact that the arms fold up so I can easily put chair under the desk

I do not recommend, only lasted 18 months and its about to go in the trash. Not much to like from this chair. Strut leaks, doesn't stay up and the cushioning is almost gone. Ergonomics are horrible too.

This item is not made well, and it's not as comfortable as it looks. I was able to contact the company and they did refund my money.
